MY SERVICES

Therapy is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. It’s where you can begin to untangle what’s been weighing you down — and rediscover your own strength, clarity, and compassion.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices, as well as elements of Positive Psychology and Self-Compassion work. My focus is on helping you cultivate self-love, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of empowerment in your daily life.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to create lasting change — at your own pace, in a safe and supportive space. Sessions are tailored to your goals and may include reflection, practical tools, and personalized “between-session” practices to help you apply what we discuss in real life.

My role is to listen deeply, guide thoughtfully, and help you reconnect to the parts of yourself that already know how to heal. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or simply trying to feel more grounded, we’ll work together to build a strong foundation for growth.Therapy with me is ultimately about you — your voice, your journey, and your freedom to define who you are and how you want to live.
