MY SERVICES

Psychotherapy can incorporate a combination of a variety of therapy modalities. It is my job to guide you with evidenced based practices to provide the highest standard of care. Through my research and application in psychotherapy over the years I have come to work closely with Self-compassion, Person centered, Solution- Focused, Cognitive Behavioral therapies, including Mindfulness and Positive psychology aspects with a main focus being in Self- Love. One of the pieces I have found to be missing in the field of psychotherapy has been self- love, the individuals ability to feel empowered and heal themselves. This is where I can help provide a sounding board for understanding and support to assist in building healthy coping skills.   I am here to meet you where you are at in order to help build a healthy foundation along the way.

 In my practice it is of the upmost importance to provide compassionate care towards all. One thing I can incorporate is homework between sessions to maintain therapeutic growth outside of session to build a healthy lifestyle of self-love by getting your power back. My therapeutic approach is that sessions are for you and about you, I am here to support you in being the best person you can be while continuing to define "Who I am."
